In today’s post we talking fitness I know it’s the beginning of the year and a lot of you are fresh starting on your fitness journey so I’m sharing some abs exercises I know your not doing.

I know it can be a little intimidating going to the gym especially if you don’t know what to do. So I’m going to help you out with some core exercises to help you reach your fitness goals sooner.

Sets & Reps

There are many combinations and variations you can choose from like upper, lower, obliques, and core. I recommend choosing 1 from each category and doing 15 reps each. Do 3 rounds of 6 exercises for 15 reps each.

Rather you’re trying to lose weight or become a more lean person this is how you can do it. Not one work out but consistent continuous effort, will give you the momentum you need.

Motivation gets you started but it’s discipline that keeps you going.

Keys To Health

There are 3 keys to health if you can do these 3 simple things consistently over a long period of time anything is possible.

1. Drink a gallon of water a day.

2. Exercise 3/4 times a week.

3. 80/20 rule…. it’s 80% Nutrition 20% workout.

Remember it’s a sprint not a marathon.
