Good day millionaires. Many of you may not know but i’m micro-influence in the fitness industry. Today I will share my top 3 tips for beginners who want to start living a more healthy and wealthy lifestyle. Scroll to the bottom if you prefer to listen to our podcast.
1. Walk everyday, when your first starting out it’s the small wins that’s important. That will make it easy for you to transition to difficult workouts or even starting your gym membership.
Walking consistently will allow you to build up the confidence and self esteem to make this lifestyle transformation. So just start by walking 1 mile/day then 2 then so on and so forth until you can jog then run.
2. Drink plenty of water, aim to drink a gallon of water a day. Or drink your body-weight in ounces, for example if I weigh 200lb I should drink 100 ounces of water. There is 8oz in a single water bottle so drinking 12 of those would be equivalent to 100oz.
Our body is made up of 70% water, its known fact that water moves people. If you sit a glass of water near music it will vibrate to the beat. If you drink that water and turn on your tunes i’m guarantee it will get you moving too.
3. Exercise 3 to 5 days per week for best results. 4 days is optimal number for working out, with 3 days of rest is great balance for the body when starting your health lifestyle journey.
Walk everyday, drink plenty of water and aim to exercise at least 4 days out of week. This will ensure that you are moving toward your goals.
